Royal Caribbean -- Kids activities
If you're a kid, then Adventure Ocean is just for you. A specially designed program for toilet-trained kids from 3 to 12 and teens from 13 to 17. The family vacation will never be the same again because with Adventure Ocean parents get a bit of free time to themselves and kids get some time to PARTY! They even get special meals and play areas. No one caters to kids like Royal Caribbean.

During the cruise your kids will have tons of fun. Exploring their Fun Ship, enjoying all kinds of games, parties, talent shows, fun food events, arts, crafts, contests, movies and a whole lot more - all under the friendly and competent supervision of Camp Carnival counselors.

Camp Carnival pleases everyone, because this super popular, year-round childrens' program has been designed to include a wide range of fun activities for every age group, from age 2 through teens. As soon as your children comes aboard, they'll find a special welcome from the Camp Carnival counselors in the program designed just for their age group. Every Fun Ship counselor is either college-educated in a related field, has professional child-care experience, or both, so they're uniquely qualified and dedicated to making sure your children are safe, happy and having the time of their lives.

This is a family vacation they will never forget. After all, they're doing all the things they think are cool, like painting their faces, putting on talent shows and partying with all their favorite fun foods. But they're also having the thrill of vacationing on a Fun Ship and visiting the kind of places they've only seen in the movies. And since Camp Carnival is planned for four different age groups, they get to experience all the activities with kids their own age. Many of the friendships formed on a Fun Ship last long after vacation is over.

When you cruise on the Sky, Star, Sun, Dawn, Sea and Grand Princess, You'll find completely equipped Youth and Teen Centers. There's everything from arts and crafts corners, game tables, movies, and splash pools, to teen centers with ping pong tables, juke box and all the latest video games.

The Sun Princess, Dawn Princess and Sea Princess even offer toddler's play area and theater, a doll's house, a castle, a splash pool, a ball jump, an ice-cream kiosk, and four teens-special hideouts called "Cyberspace" and "The Fast Lane" guaranteed to give them the time of their lives. In addition to all these features, on the Grand Princess, kids will also enjoy their own deck space with a whale's tail slide splash pool. And teens will have a separate jacuzzi and deck area made just for them.

All Youth and Teen Centers are fully supervised by our staff of well-trained, fun-loving professionals.

Facilities vary, but children are welcome on all Princess ships. Crown and Regal Princess do not have dedicated youth and teen centers; however, a Youth Activities Coordinator sails year round on each of these ships to run an action-packed round of daily activities while at sea. On Royal, Sky, Island and Pacific Princess, when 15 or more children, ages 2 to 17, are traveling, they'll also enjoy a boatload of fun with a varied schedule of supervised activities organized by a Youth Activities Coordinator.
