6/7/09 Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas ( Caribbean)
From a customer service standpoint, from the dining room to the stateroom to the promenade- it was above 5 stars in every way- just unbelievable. The way people treated Logan, just amazing. We enjoyed every single minute, every port, every meal, every night. Our stateroom was perfect, comfortable, there was absolutely nothing else we needed. Logan actually cried at our last dinner saying good-bye to our waiter! The next time we cruise, we will definitely book with you again- we just felt that you were so incredibly helpful and available, and we can't thank you enough.
We'll send you some pictures once we get them together!

Hi Gloria!
We very much enjoyed the cruise on the Freedom of the Seas. The Freedom is a great trip for families, the water park, the ice show, just everything. There were 400 kids on our ship, but no problems, everyone seemed happy! It was also nice that we are now Diamond status with RC, which allowed us to use the Diamond Lounge from 5 pm. to 9 p.m. each evening with free cocktails and appetizers.
We certainly will think about going on this ship again, because it is so convenient out of Port Canaveral.
Also looking ahead to 2010, please watch for specials for us on the new Equinox.
Thank you,
J. Henchar

4/6/09 Royal Caribbean Monarch of the Seas (Bahamas) Family Reunion!
Gloria,
Yes, we are back home, safe and sound, after another exciting and wonderful cruise. Thank you for your professional handling and the many additional personal points of your company; ie, the room with its 50th wedding decorations, the most gracious gift. The cruise was everything one could hope for from the boarding, meals, entertainment, professionalism of the cruise staff to the conclusion of the journey. Again, my family and I wish to extend our personal thanks to you and your staff for a job well done.

Hi Gloria,
We had such a wonderful time on our cruise . . all 26 of us! Everyone was well and healthy to enjoy lots of activities. We started off with some weather issues. A cold front followed us all the way to Coco Cay. The seas were too rough for us to stop there on the first day so we sailed on to Nassau. Thursday we were able to stop at Coco Cay. Some snorkeled, some jet skied, the younger kids enjoyed the water park there, and the BBQ on the island was great! My sisters and their family along with my parents hired a fantastic guide on Wed. in Nassau. They had never been there and enjoyed him driving them around in his van and filling them in on all kinds of local info plus stopping for photos along the way. Donald and I and the boys feeling the need to try some local fresh seafood found a terrific local restaurant, The Poop Deck, in Nassau, right on the water way. Had freshly caught red snapper (whole) grilled - it was delicious.
Of course the food on the cruise was great. We ate all but one breakfast in Vincent's and all our dinners in Vincent's as well. It was fun trading around seats and visiting with all the families. On Thurs. night Donald's dad, Tom, had a section of The Viking lounge roped off for all of us to have a cocktail party and toast the anniversaries. The 3 couples were thrilled to find their staterooms decorated so nicely! They left the decorations up the whole time. I saw each cabin and they did a great job. I told them it was compliments of Gloria!
On formal night we managed to get a photo of all 26 of us prior to dinner. Some great photos! Our rooms were nice. The boys room (ocean view) was small (they are all 6 ft and taller) but they didn't mind. They really were only there for showering, dressing and sleeping. If I do a cruise for us 5 again I think I would spring for 2 jr. suites next to each other. I've heard Alaska cruises are awesome . . . maybe next year . . . hmmm or maybe Mediterranean.
Anyway, thanks so much for working so hard for us. It would have been too big of an undertaking for me to do this by myself. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and lots of great memories were made.
Love,
Robley (Jacksonville, FL)

Gloria:
The cruise was gret as usual but it was too short. I was really tired so that took away some fun. The staff was awesome. They did remember our anniversary but I had an appointment with the Art Gallery so the waiter apologized that they did not get a chance to sing.
Thanks for the wine!

10/ 24-10/26 New York Marriott East Side
I would like to thank Gloria for her very successful efforts to put my four sisters and me in a great hotel in New York City.
She found the best value in a 4 star hotel in a great location. Our sisters reunion could not have been better.
Gloria, thank you again for giving us a great choice for a hotel in a city with so many options.
The suite could not have worked out any better for us, and we had a wonderful weekend!

The trip was great! The kids absolutely loved it. We were a bit tied down with little Benjamin so we didn’t enjoy the cruise as much as we could have if we didn’t have him. However, we did have a good time. The service is excellent and so is the food. We did have one or two instances of having to wait for the buffet to empty out a little, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Dinner worked out fine. We accompanied the kids while they had their dinner at 7:30 pm and then had ours at 9:30 pm. The maître was very good about it and always gave us a nice romantic table for two. It was fun to dress up for the gala dinners although we didn’t take very fancy clothes with us.
The kids had lots of fun. My six year old managed to get lost once but eventually he found us and we hadn’t even realized he was lost!! The two older girls (15 and 12) went dancing at night and they all went to the theatre together.
I am sending you a picture of the family taken in Venice where we spent 2 days before the cruise. Venice is beautiful. It’s our second time there and we mean to return.

The Aruba Honeymoon that you book for us was wonderful!
Aruba is a beautiful Island and the people are extremely friendly.
The Occidental Grand Aruba is a very nice all inclusive resort, the beach is 5 feet from the pool.
The resort has lots of activities and a very nice casino. We would highly recommend this vacation to our friends.
