If you are detail-oriented person with a gift for getting everyone together, our Group Leader Incentive Program is a great way to introduce others to the exciting world of cruising while earning complimentary accommodations for yourself and a companion!
We offer our group leaders complimentary accommodations for two when they escort a group with 16 cabins or more. We will work with you to create amenity packages for your group to make your sailing special, such as Cocktail parties, shore excursions, t-shirts, shipboard credits, etc. We will collect payments and send all cruise documents, confirmations and tickets directly to the members of your group. It's easy. We do all the paperwork; you get the credit and the complimentary accommodations.
We will help you get started with these 5 easy steps:
1. Pick a Ship, Itinerary and month to Travel - See how many people are interested in joining you.
2. Contact Cruise Planners - Once you have an idea of how large your group will be, the ship and sailing date, contact Gloria or Jessica at www.YourCruiseShop.com * Toll free 1866-860-0656 let us know that you are interested in leading a new group cruise. We will explain the process to you and will contact our Preferred Cruise Lines to obtain your official quote. After you receive your proposal, and checking with your initial group members, it is full speed ahead!

3. Promote your Group Cruise - Once you have your Cruise Group started, we will create a special flyer for your group cruise listing all of the information about the cruise including prices and booking information. We will post on our site and give you copies.
HINT: Hand out to everyone you know, and encourage your group to do the same.
4. Remind Group Members to send in payments - Once you have decided to reserve a new group, full deposits for each cabin booked need to be made. Encourage your group members to send in their deposits as soon as they have decided to cruise with the group.
HINT: This will guarantee your rates.
5. Plan Some Fun - Make arrangements to go on some shore excursions together, or other fun activities.

All Cruise Planner groups must have a minimum of 8 cabins booked to be considered a group and receive all of the group perks.
As a group leader you will receive a free berth if at least 8 cabins are sold and two free berths if at least 16 cabins are sold. Group leaders will need to pay for their cruise upfront, but will be rebated the equivalent rate per berth for the category which has the largest number of cabins booked. (Rebate does not include port charges and taxes, but is a refund of the base cruise fare).
